At our last meeting, Michael Morley spoke about the Common Ground program.  Michael supports the creation of a community garden on the City-owned lot at 639 Illinois Street.  At the meeting, neighbors raised concerns over drainage through and around the parcel.

Michael has arranged a meeting at the parcel with City staff members, Elieen Horn and Matt Bond, to discuss this issue.  If you are interested, please join the meeting.
